I selected multiple answers on a couple. I hope it doesn't skew the results. I did it because it was how I felt. Like on the who is to blame for busts one. It depends on the situation it can be all four. Sometimes a GM forces a pick or a scout gets it wrong. Sometime you have Mandarich, a player, who misleads people into being picked. Sometimes a coach loves some player and overrides all people. It really depends.
