I don't get it:

you're mad, we all are

Philbin will get fired

firing him won't save the season

so who cares?
 
I wanted Joe fired two years ago…in fact, I never wanted him hired. He needs to go.

This. We hired an OC who didn't even call his own plays and had no personality. An O-line coach that can't build one.

Nobody is saving this season realistically, but it gets Philbin out of here and maybe the new guy can get some experience with the team and we'll evaluate him at the end of the year.
 
it would make me feel good...plus then we can officially begin courting eric mangini...

Because we're all worried Ross won't fire him, so the sooner it happens, the sooner we all know we have at least some hope that the next guy in the seat might have a clue.
 
It's getting hard to stomach the site of Joe on the sidelines. I know it's foolish but I am at the point where the gait of his jog and the way he claps his hands annoys me. The best case scenario is for him to coach the whole season because it will likely improve our draft position. Joe didn't deserve to be on the sidelines at the beginning of the season. It will be hard to watch him for 13 more games but c'est la vie

Look bottom line is that you can then clearly evaluate what you have as players on the team, if the theory of many here is right (myself included) this lackadaisical incompetent coach is playing the wrong schemes, and the wrong players at the wrong time, and is not a leader..........so it does matter based on his body of work, the guy has and will continue to fail, no one will progress or grow as an NFL player under this listless idiot................
 
I have an answer! It is pure hell watching the same old BS every week. At least with Bill Lazor coaching, we would have some intrigue of what might happen differently.
 
I'm not sure what you are expecting then. You know Ross is clueless and that Philbin is a goner so you want people to be ok with everything? Obviously people are not happy with being awful again.
 
The SEASON was over when they didn't get a TRUE swing tackle - Albert I love him but he is and has been an injury risk - The train needs to get on the track - this year next year - Philbin shouldn't have lasted this long
