Why am I not allowed to send PMs? I erase old ones and it still doesn't create room.

That usually comes up when your inbox is full. Try deleting all messages and sent messages and see if it works.

I have deleted a ton of messages but it still won't let me send a PM.

ok, I looked into it. You still have too many between your inbox and sent box. It goes off of not just sized used but also the number of PMs. Try erasing it down to below 50 combined for both. Currently you have 53. If that doesn't work I'll reset your PMs.
