Anybody have a problem with this guy filling our Vacant spot left by the Marino fiasco? I think the guy would be a great fit on this team in 2005.

What I read elsewhere (sorry, can't remember where) was that Policy was retiring to concentrate on his business. Apparently he owns a winery in California that's very successful. So he may legitimately not want to work full-time in football.
