Thanks for doing the poll. I guess everyone is a little responsible. But when you think of who is primarily responsible in your mind, that is the answer I'm looking for. I didn't have a poll option for parents, should have added that, I guess. If you choose an answer with multiples names, it means you feel they are equally responsible.

the coaches, the martin and incognito, are all responsible. I don't know how the coaching stuff didn't know what was going on and stop this BS and allow it to brew until it reached this point. Coaches can't have distractions going on in the locker room and are supposed to take care of things. Martin for throwing teammates under the bus and not standing up for himself and doing this. Incognito for being a dirtbag and doing a bunch of things.

IMO the conflicting evidence that exists prevents us from viewing Incognito's behavior as the cause of Martin's leaving the team.

Coach and GM are responsible. Is either of these guys worth keeping when they are both head cases? The answer is no, they were never worth keeping.
But to this GM and coach they are, because they can't do better. And since they can't do better, their best must be defended to the bitter end.
