who would you pick out of these 3 considering all are very good value at 25.
 
hakeem is amazing he has the best hands in college football
 
Jerry has a non stop motor, and, seems to be a special DT, allways finds a way to penetrate...I chose him, although I dont know if he can actually play NT in the 3-4. Nicks is a sexy luxury, and Delmas, with a little luck, might be available at 2a...But quality tackles like Jerry, Raji, or Moala, my favourite 3, seem hard to pass...
 
i chose Peria Jerry because if he can get his weight up to around 310-320,and still play effectively...then we need a NT who can not only plug the lanes and stop the run,but who can also penetrate into the opposing backfield and cause havoc....
 
Nicks, and then get brace later in the 2nd round instead of Jerry in the first. Nicks has a lot of #1 reciever potential. I think he will fall later in the draft tho. Ramses-Barden is the guy that we might get at 25, he is a rising commodity
 
Do we have to pick one. I dont like any of them for a 1st rounder. But Delmas would be the better pro in our system
 
i don't believe peria will be there for us.realistically i'm still leaning towards LB cushing or OG duke robinson.
 
I'm still not sure I like Jerry as a 3-4 NT, I know he can get up to 305 . . . but I'm still not sure. I think I rather have Ron Brace later on. Give Ron Brace a year or 2 in the 3-4 where he can learn a few more moves and become a dominate NT along with Paul Solia. He has the size already.

Nicks, I like Nicks . . . but I'm still not sure I want to go WR THIS YEAR . . . I want to give our 4 young guys one more season in our system to see if they can improve.

Delmas I am hoping for a 2a, but if I had to choose now, I probably take him over the 2 on the list. Really, I would go after a guy like Alphonso Smith or DJ Moore at CB. We need a young CB, even if Jason Allen makes strides at CB in camp. Both starters are over 30, one is a FA this year and the other is a FA next year.

Can't see Barden really rising that far.

Ugh, a WR who showed difficulty getting seperation in SB practices . . . not exactly what we need, especially in the first round.

I rather Bey, Maclin, Britt, Nicks and even Harvin over Barden in the first.

i agree with your first part,
but we DONT need a receiver. how many games were EVER lost because a team didnt have great receivers? NONE, ever, and our receivers are not bad, good with flashes of great. our D was BAD at times last year and our oline was terrible most of the time, receiver is a luxury pick and if you havent gotten the message right now we are not a luxury team.
