Choose a WR past or present (excluding HOF'ers) and explain why. Ill start things off and say Chris Chambers. His good times outweighed his bad times here. Highlight reel catches, pretty good speed matched with Henne's arm would make an incredible combo. Who would you select and why?

I tried to keep it as current as possible. And I didn't include a HOF receiver because that would be every ones choice. No fun in that and they don't come around often.. tried to make a fun/realistic poll.

From the list...Gadsden. I think he may have been one of the most under-valued players ever on the Phins. But in reality...he really wasn't a #1...he was too slow.

There really isn't a #1 on that list...

OJ out of those choices. But I would be reaching higher for a current #1 than what any of them did/were capable of.

Fair enough.

I choose Gadsden from your list if limited

yeah, i'd have to go with OJ. Granted he played with the Greatest pure passer of all time, so it's not really fair. lol but oh well.

OJ McDuffie.

He is the type of smart consistent player that Henne loves (why he picked Hartline on those pre-draft trips).

I chose Chambers because he actually was a productive #1 for this team at one point and even made it to the Pro-Bowl one year even though he's almost a complete non-factor with SD now.

my choice too...i also remember watching him make some nice clutch catches for Dan...the type where he'd go up for the ball knowing he was gonna get hit,and he'd still make the catch...unlike a certain other receiver we all know, and that my hopes for have dwindled to right at nothing...

?? I wouldn't say Chambers was more productive than McDuffie. Maybe a little more athletic but less reliable.

I took OJ. Very reliable receiver. Not flashy numbers but always got the job done when thrown to.
