Please, before you start to say the negative things about him (I know he had a lot, I didn´t like a lot of things).

I wait to past a more time to ask the question, becuse it was to fresh to ask this question:

What do you think he did good for the Dolphins, not all the things he did were bad, (I know the desition of Dante vs Drew was the worst), but what about his two drafts, or other things, maybe a player in which he belive that was good for us,

What do you think?

(sorry if you don´t undestand everythings I say)

He won in december, never blew a big lead, created an unpredictable defense, and instilled mental toughness that this team never had under Wanny or JJ. He was a good coach which is why everyone feels as betrayed as they do.

Gave players hopes for the future, enstilled a sense of unity, and gave the players someone to trust on and off the field...

and then he lied and left. (best thing he did)

His heart wasn't in it.....I really think the best thing he did for the Dolphins was leave. If you are talking in terms of players he got us Ronnie and Channing that's all I've got.

believe it or not nick has done more for this franchise than most people give him credit for. 1. he has given us some young talent in the drafts that should be able to be productive for a long time. Crowder, ronnie, roth, daniels, both wrights. He also installed his defensive system which will give us the ability to be a top d in the league for a couple of years with capers running the ship. and finally the most important thing he did for this franchise, something that i was begging for the moment he signed on to be out coach. that something was getting rid of MR. Jay Fiedler. That is the best thing he has done for this franchise i cant tell u how many times i have cursed out fiedler from my couch. that is all

I dont think our offense had any mental toughness whatsoever, your def not metally tough when your dropping balls. The defense however, was very tough for the most part

HAHA me and u both

Nothing overly impressive. He sure did not live up to the Belicheck protege label.
I simply look at his record. From 9-7 to 6-10. Nothing good to say about that.

please

please...I ask positive things... I know a lot pepole hate him, and i didn´t like a lot of the things he did, I hate that he left us just like that.... and just want to have diferent conversation, than More vs G. ,

But he draft, Channing, Roth, Ronnie, he give and oportuity to Welker to play at WR, and we are in better situation for the salary cap, than with Wanny..

He did improve the salary cap situation, which was a mess when he arrived. I will give him credit for that.

If your looking for something positive, you came to the wrong site
I think at this stage its too early to say how his non starting draf picks will do. I think Ronnie was a great move, Crowder was really good but he isnt at a pro bowl level (yet hopefully). Salary cap is a little better, but i think that may be only because the cap was raised this year... He brought us a great defensive coordinator...
