Dont know about everyone else...but i can speak for the FKA household and say this." I am excited for the rest of the season" Why???? Obviously, our 2nd year QB..watching him progress. Our young secondary..watching them become more experienced and comfortable with game speed and varios coverages. I am excited to see the evolution of the Wildcat and I think Thigpen is the perfect backup and trigger man to make this even more explosive. We probably arent going to the playoffs, which may be a blessing in disguise.....we all want a team who is a threat to go deep into the playoffs and we are on the verge of becoming a real threat. Hey....we could be Browns fans and have nothing to look forward to..

Give it time, it will pass. We will be picking early in the draft next year.
 
im very excited as well about getting to watch Henne and seeing what he becomes... plus still watching our running game dominate teams and our young corners develop...

even if we are not winning or ni playoff contention there are lots of things im looking forward to

What in the world makes you think the Dolphins will be the team to beat in 2010 or 2011, besides blind optimism of course? Dolphins don't even know who their QB will be in 2010 or 2011. Nothing like some blind optimism to get you through a long season.

season is only 3 weeks old there slappy. plenty of time for the Jets to come back to reality. oh wait, this sunday Brees & Co. will make that happen when they put 45 on that "great" defense.

are you a jets fan? you probably are go back to your own forum if we as dolphin fan want optimism than so be it if you dont like it stop coming here and reading our forum... oh by the way your avatar is very disrespectful and offending they should take your avatar away

I didn't realize I needed your permission to post in a public forum. My avatar is disrespectul? Um to who exactly? Being that this is a public forum just as you have the right to blind optimism I also have the right to call you out on it.

dude you have an avatar or revis in a jets jersey glorifying hiim ummm that pretty much makes you a jets fan and since you say you have the right to talk trash then i have the rigth to tell you to go back to your jets forum and glorify your beloved jets because they are a bunch of overacheivers

It really doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out I am a Jets fan. I never said I had the right to talk trash, I'm sure this forum has rules about talking trash from opposing fans just as most team message boards do. I would hardly call questioning blind optimism talking trash which is what I did in my post you questioned.

BTW I spend plenty of time on my teams MB glorifying the Jets. Jets are playing better then I expected but I wouldn't exactly call them overachievers. The team has a ton of talent, most of us just didn't expect it to gel so quickly.
