Unacceptable that the CB position has been left this way. While I have praised Hickey this season, this a terrible work out of him and the arrogance of Philbin and Coyle that think they can get by with a kid not on the roster two weeks ago and rookie they were trying at Safety is just gross.

I'm sure they either see something in him or know something we don't. Injuries are going to happen and Stanford has been in our system before. Obviously, they think he is better than the other options that might be available.
Hard to tell how Stanford will do. He really didn't get any action against the Jets, so nothing to gauge this on. He will definitely get tested today. If our offense shows up and our D-line can get pressure, we should be able to deal with it.
how can you blame anyone when we have 2 corners out for the year and 2 out for weeks now. you only carry 5 man. you can't trade anymore. What is your solution?

That is unfair criticism. No team can absorb the loss of THREE CB's in the span of 4-6 weeks. There are roster limits in the NFL.
Any team suffering multiple injuries at a given position this late in a season usually are stuck searching the scrap heap for help. That usually is a practice squad player or a washed up vet.
IMO he's the reason why Miami may loose. How's he gonna cover Steve Smith or Tory Smith. If Finnegin is healthy and playing I think Miami's got this game. It only takes one or two explosive pass plays to open up Miami's defense and make them even more susceptible to Baltimore's rushing attack.
