I was just wondering, do you think it is a possibility from JASON ALLEN's recent knee scope as the reason he is holding out?

I mean, if he were here, he may have been put on the PUP list, so why not negotiate for a better contract anyway?

Allen's holding out because he wants a 4 or 5 years deal and not a 6 year. Saban/Mueller want him signed for 6 to keep him from reaching FA sooner.

Doubt it... rookie contracts are pretty much slotted based on where youre picked and I dont think it would affect it much. Willis Mcgahee's knee was shot when he was drafted and he still got a great deal for where he was picked.
