Having read the posting and i'm currently working at a University in florida I see back stabbing all the time... So what you he posted makes since. However, Alabama will pay for a coach that will just leave them high and dry just like he did to my Dolphins. I hope that our next coach has the loyalty and heart to be want to be with the dolphins through the long hall..

this can be avoided in the future with the proper contractural clauses inserted in the future coach's contract...
