Possible FA looks / pick ups

The Dolphins figure to add at least one receiver from a list that includes Jerry Porter, Jabar Gaffney, Ernest Wilford, Andre Davis and Bryant Johnson.

Id take a hard look at Davis, played very well for Houston, coming up with tons of clutch grabs, special teams fireworks and general really good solid WR play, could be a good pickup, Im quite surprised Houston hasnt resigned him.



*Edit-Did anyone else see the bit near the bottom about ESPN replacing Sean Salisbury with Chris Carter? Sweet move :up:
 
Jerry Porter could be quite a grab too. I just don't want someone else's garbage at WR like Derrius Freakin' Thompson. All of the guys on that list (save Gaffney), I'd be happy to grab.

Also happy with their list of O-Linemen. I'd really like to add Calvin Pace and I like Eugene Wilson, Will Demps, or Madieu Williams at safety.

Heeeeeellll yea. Imagine if we could get Davis and Bryant. Davis has some wheeeeels boy.

I'd like to point out that by the end of the season, Gaffney had replaced Donte Stallworth as a starter for the Patriots. I'm not a Gaffney fan at all, but if he was good enough to start for New England, we could probably have some use for him.
 
Definately wouldnt mind Davis...the speed combo of him and Ginn would be tough for alot of secondaries to handle, especially if we can find a good TE or slot receiver to go with them.
 
Heres my list: Justin Smiley G,Bryant Johnson WR, Eugene Wilson S, Calvin Pace LB.
 
okay so they didnt put stallworth in the reciever spot? what about keyshawn? what about kelly holcomb? what happened to us looking at a linebacker? if we dont get a linebacker, look for us to draft....... beau bell, out of unlv! he's a beast! oh my god, im excited! only 16 more hours!
 
I would like to sign Wilson Johnson, Flozell and Smiley.
The latter two would solidify the line.

Wilson would orivide depth @ Safety at the least and Johnson is pretty good WR.
