I'm a new guy here (VIP!) and wanted to introduce myself by way of a few good names I saw on the waiver wire.

DE Jerome McDougle - Solid preseason, was a 1st round talent, could be playing with a chip on his shoulder since Philly cut him. We still need a good DE and he may fit well. 6 year man from The U.

DT Junior Siavii - Cowboys had a glut of DTs and he was the odd man out. He's a monster at 6'5" and 320lbs and we have thin depth behing Jason Ferguson. Only in his 3rd year in the NFL from Oregon.

CB Lito Shepard - Again, Philly had an abundance of corners and Lito's solid if not spectacular. 17 INTs in his career so he's got a nose for the ball.

CB Hank Poteat - Jest castoff. I think he may be too old for the Fins but a solid DB.

I know jack squat about rating OL guys on the waiver wire, so someone help me out here.

Looking forward to any suggestions on these dudes.

Lito Sheppard was not cut, and I think we will be signing Remi Ayodele from the Cowboys. I dont see us entering the season with just two DT. I think if we are gonna sign a CB they should look at Ricky Manning Jr. or Fernando Bryant. In the WR department a guy like Danny Amendola would be a nice addition.

If Roydell Wiliams was not injured I would not mind going after him.

Palko might be a prospect; he played pretty good against the dolphins starters.

Jerome McDougle is AWFUL.

and the Eagles didn't cut Lito Sheppard just because he wants a raise.

What is it with you people.

Armchair coaches are almost as funny as armchair quarterbacks....almost.

Is anybody worried about Andre Goodman being our starting CB?

We have Will Allen on the other side, and Goodman on the right side. I think our secondary is going to be weak this year, so we should sign some CBs in free agency....id take Lito Shepphard and Deltha O'Neal for depth at least. Goodman being a starter worries me...especially if he has to go up against Randy Moss (NE) or James Hardy (Buffalo).
