The coach in question is Broncos HC Josh McDaniels. That team has been desperate for a QB since Elway and a few years back they finally got something good going. They had the Cutler to Marshall connection. Then here comes Mcdaniels and trades them BOTH away because of a dispute that supposedly couldnt be resolved.

How would you feel if your team finally finds a franchise QB and WR and then trades them away? Who esle here believes Mcdaniels is the worst coach in the NFL? Of course as Dolphins fans we appreciate him because he gave us Marshall and Nolan but still......looking outside the box how would you feel as a Broncos fan?

Without a doubt. Not only did he trade away Cutler and Marshall, he traded away Tony Scheffler for peanuts. He tried to tell a guy how to run his defense. A guy who just turned one of the worst defenses into one of the best defenses in the league in 1 season, while switching it from a 4-3 base to a 3-4 base. I love the Demaryius Thomas pick, but my god Tim Tebow was an awful pick. McDaniel's time as an NFL head coach is going to end shortly.

McDaniels isn't just the worst coach, he's the worst "****ing" coach.

Dude screams and curses at his guys like he was playing Madden.

That Cutler to Marshall combo was great for fantasy owners but the object is to win REAL games.

Agreed. Living in Colorado and having to watch Bronco games because that is all that is on, I got to see the "amazing" Jay Cutler at work.

Yes he had Marshall who, which by the way I am still not entirely sold on, could catch most of Cutler's bullets. Problem was, once Cutler locked on, he rarely looked away for another receiver. He had the bad habit of forcing the ball in to double coverage many times. In Denver alone he had a total of 37 INTs. And just last year in Chicago he had 26 INTs. So while I may agree McDaniels is a douche bag that thinks he is the next Bilichek, he looks smart for getting rid of Cutler.

But in the end I do think it will be his ego that does him in. And Denver will have to worry about finding a better coach before worrying about the next Elway replacement.

I`ve absolutely hated the Broncos since I can remember. McDaniels isn`t long for this league after this saeson, if Bowlen doesn`t can him before the holidays first. And say what you want about Marshall and Cutler, they produced some big numbers and I just don`t see where they`ve got the guys to replace them. Orton and Tebow aren`t the answer at QB, that`s for sure!

and yet he led Denver to a better record than Miami had.

Oh yeah there so much better than Miami. They started out 5-0 went 0-4 after then finished the season 8-8. Plus the fact they play two weak teams in there division (Oakland, Kansas City). Sounds like a great team hopefully the fans enjoyed that roller coaster ride of a season.

But I guess Miami and Denver are kinda similar. I mean both of us have two weak teams in our respective divisions. They have Oak and KC and we have the NYJ and Buf. You would have to agree with that right?

Trust me, NO ONE out here was happy with the way the Broncos season ended. And losing Marshall was just salt to the wound. Then they rebounded with the second coming of Elway... er, I mean Tebow.

Who cares where they started? they finished 8-8 which was better than 7-9, right? yeah they play in an easier division but you guys had a creampuff sched in '08- was that a concern then? I love how you guys bash other teams and coaches that had better records than you guys.
