Wasn’t Iggy dead last few weeks ago? Making strides !
He wasn't dead last in rankings as he didn't have enough snaps to qualify. After the Steelers game, I think he was in the high 80s in rank and dropped to 101 this past week....which would mean he didn't have a very good ranking against Detroit when he was in. The Steelers game was his highest ranked week.

Impressive center rating, might be a keeper there
A line of Armstead-Jones-Williams-Hunt-Shell actually grades out as a pretty good NFL offensive line. Jones doesn't have enough snaps to qualify but would put him at about 30 for guards if he did.

So that would be a line of 10-30-2-9-58 for an average ranking of 21.8. An average line would 16-16-16-48-48 for an average of 28.8.

If anyone wants to know what’s wrong with the defense. All you have to do is see that Byron Jones had been out all year and Howard has a rating only about 5 points higher than Iggy.

‘Whether it is his groin or him just regressing as a player. I won’t be surprised if we haven’t already seen Howard’s best years in the league. They probably should have traded him while he still had trade value. With his contract and his play this year, they would be lucky to get a 4th or 5th round pick for him now. They would also have to agree to eat a lot of his salary.

Here are the PFF grades for the Lions game only. Tua was highest graded player, but several other impressive results. Liam Eichenberg was on his way to his best grade of the season. Not surprised this was overall the best grades for the offense so far this season. Defense was definitely more a mixed bag with a few nice performances.

Worth noting that with Verone McKinley and Jevon Holland starting at safety, the Dolphins only had 4 snaps from backup safeties (Fejedelem got in for four snaps). The staff had said that the reason Rowe didn't play was because he didn't play special teams (and I have an inkling feeling that he basically balked at doing so) and the truth is that they didn't play the backup safety pretty much at all except special teams. And of all of our starting DBs against Detroit, McKinley graded out the highest.

Just my two cents...the staff really likes Verone McKinley and Brandon Jones' injury opened up a spot to play him. Rowe might have been more valuable than McKinley prior to Jones' injury because he could sub in at safety and corner, but when they've been on the field at safety, McKinley has outplayed Rowe.

I was happy to see them resign McKinley to the practice squad after waiving him but it was extremely risky waiving him if they like him as much as you insinuate they do.

Fortunately no other team was willing to claim him up and sign him to their 53 man roster at the time and he obviously wanted to stay in Miami on their PS with his buddy Holland.
