Potential New OCs?

I think we can all admit that the co-offensive coordinator idea isn't working. Does anyone think we should go out and get an OC? I know that this isn't the most "traditional" option but I was thinking getting Bret Bielema would be the perfect hire.

What do you guys think?

first of all his statements reflect that he's happy with the OC situation and blames the players (execution). If there was someone under the three (laughable I know) maybe down the road but to hire from the outside is slim to no chance imo. I think he expects great things once Tua returns because he can't (can he?) be oblivious to the **** show one JB is out there.

Wouldnt he have to fire three people before you are out of OCs. With the Duel OCs and the Play Calling QB Coach.

Nobody with half a brain would want to work under Flores as his OC right now.......coaches around the league(including college) talk to each other all the time. Everybody knows our coaching staff is a revolving door so they're not going to want to come here till they see things are normal.

The truth is it's a bit of both tbh. The playcalling has been abject, tentative and bizarre on occasion but Brissett is making it look even worse than it is. The O was obviously (or I would hope should be) built around Tua's skill set. I'm not sure I see a lot of similarities between the two QBs so asking Jacoby to run the same plays that Tua was supposed to is probably a little unrealistic. Which make the recruitment of Brissett as a back up to Tua more curious, surely you would prefer more similar type of QBs.

If I was an out of work potential OC, like Doug Pederson, the only way I take that job is if I think that I can impress Ross or the rest of the league into getting HC job next season, with either Miami or someone else
