It's been a little slow out there the past couple of days since we may have wrapped up our Free Agent signings. This came across my news feed on my phone and with all the negativity we've had from PFF and ESPN around what we've done in Free Agency, it's nice to see someone who thinks like many of us do about what we've done. I, like many of you on here believe we've made smart moves and retaining our own players and basically telling them that "we believe in them". Stills was important in my opinion and I was worried that we might not replace him with someone that has the chemistry and skill set he has with us. He was very integral in our seasons outcome last year and I wouldn't have felt comfortable going into this season with Tannehill having to re-create that chemistry with another WR.
I think the addition of Timmons really helps our LB core and hope that we still find a SOLB to go with Timmons and Alonso. Misi should be nothing more than a back up for us and we need to trim his contract still IMO.
Hope you like what you see....

Liking the Dolphins' moves in free agency. The maneuvering signals a push to win now, without all of them 50-year-olds the Cardinals just signed. Well, OK, Lawrence Timmons is getting up there. It was a need, and provides leadership from the middle level of that defense -- you thinkthat guy hasn't played in some big games? Julius Thomas could be the big, prolific target Ryan Tannehill could've used the last few years. And trading an OfficeMax gift card for DE William Hayeswas genius.
