Eric Winston RT...A perfect fit. 28 ,,,,,one of the NFL's best run blocking RT's.

Tracy Porter CB A mid-tier CB who will still probably cost some money, but you just have to have 3 reliable CB's now days if not more.

Reggie Nelson FS Another guy who will have to be overpaid but if the Dolphins really want some improvement at the position Nelson is about it. The draft is weak at FS and Griffin and Branch got tagged.

John Abraham DE A short incentive laden contract for John who would be a stopgap while the Dolphins develop a couple rookie DE's.

I think we can address those needs in the draft with the exception of CB... and tracy porter doesn't really fit the bill for me.

I don't think we make much more of a splash, than a manning/wayne combo. or flynn..... we have a few of our own who may be resigned like carey... but I'm not sure we make any Free agent acquisitions.

actually, dont be surprised if we take a cb or two in this draft. Ireland said there are 3 significant positions on the field:QB, DE, and CB (cannot have enough of those)

Josh Norman climbing boards and I would not be surprised if we are one team that raised his stock. We also like Steed from Forman or Froman or whatever that school is.

Nelson and Porter would make our secondary awesome, Porter is an okay starter but I think he would thrive in the nickle for us. Eric Winston would be a giant upgrade aswell. No thanks to Abraham

Porter was absolute garbage last year. No thanks. Winston or Abraham or both, on the other hand, would be huge. Winston instantly became the best OT on the market with his release today and has ties to Miami. Mammoth upgrade over Colombo. And Abraham, over a decade in the league, is coming off the most dominant season of his career. Definitely has a few years left.

Well, somebody has to play DE opposite Wake, and not only that, Wake isn't invisible, he can get fatigued or even injured.

Dolphins are going to need personnel at DE even if Merling successfully drops weight and competes at end.

What do suggest?? Please don't say outbidding the league for Mario Williams. He isn't even elite if you go by his body of work instead of his body.

there's nothing practical money wise about that list...porter is gonna get paid pretty darn well...i'd love to add him though...winston makes too much sense thats why it probably won't happen...abraham is gonna be all about money on a short term contract...probably $10 mil per over 2-3 years

we don't got the money to bring in all these guys...not even close

Get Winston. As I said in the Winston thread: as no-brainer as a no-brainer gets. I have no interest in drafting another project o-lineman in the 3rd round for the RT job who'll most likely blow. Get a proven guy and fix the o-line once and for all.

Luis Castillo was cut by the Chargers. He's coming off injury and was making $3.5 million last year. Could be a cheap replacement for Soliai.

castillo is a 34 end...not a nose
He played a little nose I thought. Like Ratliff in the Cowboys 3-4, undersized, get up the field type NT. If not he's still a cheap replacement for Langford.

the nose was antonio garay...and he was pretty darn solid at it...castillos been hurt a lot so he probably will come cheap though if we need a replacement for langford but like i said health with him has become a real issue...so maybe best to stay away

I'm a big fan of bring in john abraham I really thing he could be a great piece for our hybrid D.. I really think flynn is kevin kolb 2.0..
