Practice Squad: Why do I care?

Every year I am anxious to see who the Dolphins stash on the practice squad in the hopes that they will be able to reap the rewards the following season.

Now I am curious... Has a Dolphin Practice Squad player ever started a game for Miami? I know a few have been brought on the team and maybe jumped on a special teams play or two.

The only guy I could think of was Olinde Mare but he was from the Giants practice squad.

Was Mark Dixon a practice squad guy?
 
Wasn't Marcus Vick on the practice squad. He dropped a wide receiver screen in a game, does that count?
