pre draft skinny on Damien Rhodes

tough decision..

thanks for the interesting piece of info. under normal circumstances, i would love to take a flyer on rhodes and see how he pans out, however with the situation we are in, i think the best and safest bet would be to pick up a.smith. a veteran who is solid and give us what we need.

Well, The coaching staff tried out both, so we'll see if either get picked up. Smith won a super bowl, maybe he's good luck?

i rather smith bc he's a veteran and bc he;s played in new england and may help us out a bit

that dude is mad good i am a big syracuse fan and the only reason his stats weren't any good in college is because his offensive line was terrible. i have no clue why seattle let him go i think he would be a good addition to our backfield. he is fast and powerful

i definately think in suggs we have our speed back, so if we are going to pick up anyone it should be najeh davenport, a big power back who can also play on special teams and can play fullback

Damien Rhodes played high school football at Fayetteville-Manlius here in Syracuse and was a local prep star. Whether he's offered a contract or not, I think it's cool the Dolphins worked him out. He's really come a long way from Central New York!
