Josh Johnson can be a great qb for us i would even trade a 3nd round pick for this kid but i don't know if the bucs would trade him.

there will be other no.2's probably that will be on the block also

You'd trade a second round pick for another unproven QB option even though Tampa drafted him in the fifth round only a few years ago even though he has only played a handful of snaps in a handful of games?

:idk:

Gruden drafted him

he's grown since coming into the NFL i really liked what i saw from him when josh freeman was hurt.

he has potenial to be a really good qb maybe not a 2nd but i would surely trade a 3rd for him

i would take him over orton thats for sure ( people should go to broncos forums and find out more info on 3 and out or ton)

maybe this is me talking out of frustration to see a fresh face qb in here with potential i don't know. i am a fan of him tho

I love Josh Johnson and would be SOOOOOOO excited if we can get him. I think that Kid has IT and could be a good starter in the league if given the right chance to start

HAving said that. . . . I wouldnt even think about trading a second Rounder for Johnson

Josh Johnson is talented no doubt...but you can't give away a second round pick for him after we've been burned by that for years and years and years and years now.

That second round pick is very valuable.

I know you like Orton and think we should go get him but if it were a 3rd round pick for either JCANE im curious who youd pull the trigger on ?

No. Definitely not.

I've always said that a man is only worth what another man is willing to pay for him. Me personally, I wouldn't give a third for either. A fourth is as high as I'd go for Orton who I do think is average at best but a tremendous upgrade, and a fifth at best for Josh Johnson.

Wow my bad dude. I thought you were calling for him at a third. I agree with you completely on the value of ORton but i honestly would trade a 4th for Johnson either. I lived in tampa and folled Johnson for a few seasons always wanted him in miami since the Bucs drafted him so im a little Biased. In all reality Orton is the smarter choice. But something tells me Johnson could be good. Id be tempted to trade for Johnson over Orton at the same price but in the end i wouldnt.

If he's so talented, what's keeping him on the bench?

I wouldn't even trade a 7th for him...Josh Johnson is not going to take the phins to the promise land, please realize that

This is nothing more then anyone but Henne.

You guys really need to chill out. We may be in the bottom tier of quarterbacks in the league but we are nowhere NEAR the worst.

How would you guys feel if Tarvaris Jackson was the starting QB? Better than Henne? Get the f*** outta here with that noise.
