The NFL Network is howing ALL the league's pre-season games. Because some games are going to be at the same time, they are going to show some live and some taped-delayed. If you want a complete schedule of the games, go to the NFL.com and click on NFL network. I have the schedule in front of me and here are the Dolphins games. NONE are going to be shown live, so that is why the dates and times are strange.

Jacksonville @ Miami Sunday 15th @ 11PM
Washington @ Miami Sunday 22nd @ 3PM
Miami @ Tampa Bay Tuesday 31st @ 3PM
Miami @ New Orleans Monday 6th @ 4PM

Again, these are the taped-delayed dates and times for the NFL network.
 
Actually, none of the games will be live on NFL Network. Some may be same day but most will be shown later in the week.
