that would be awesome so im going with that

He has great hands and was overshadowed by Witten

Thats a bit over zealous, dont ya think? I would say 500 yards and 4 TDs.
 
he is a great blocker too.. i think this is setting up for us to be top 10 in the league in rushing if ronnie comes back healthy.. beck should not have to do toooo much.
 
that is not a bad year but i think he will be used as a blocker primarly, to help in the growth of beck

i think hes going to have a breakout year....maybe not this year,but after getting fimilar with everyone,i think he will be at a point where he is so comfortable,he is able to produce at a Pro-Bowl level....of course....when Tony Gonzalez retires....man,that guy has a knack for Hawaii,huh?

John Beck has been having a good week so far. Seeing Jake Long drafted, and now have a new weapon in Anthony Fasano. Good times in the Beck household.
 
definatly think he'll have a huge year. One thing that hurt Beck's development (besides no blocking) was no safety valve. TEs are a young QB's best friend, and Fasano is a very good TE prospect (had he not entered the draft early, he'd have been the top TE last year. I don't like ND, but he is very athletic)
 
i think predicting john becks year is more in order....we got long and now a very good TE...get him a WR and OG and we're set on offense...then we go DE and CB
 
let me see 21 cacthes and 1 td and 10 dropped balls and 4 holding penalties and 3 false starts..just as good as david martin but least we didnt throw away a 4th rd pick on martin...
 
I like Fasano better than any TE we have and he cant do anything but improve after his consecutive 14 catch 120-150 yd 1TD seasons. I def hope hes a better blocker than cather. I hope your right and he has soft hands and I hope he scores 5-8 TDs this year. That be great.
 
I would be MUCH happier had we ended up drafting John Carlson or Jermichael Finley. Fasano is a solid TE but not an elite one IMHO. If we add another TE we can play some 2 TE sets that I know Parcells likes. All in all, Fasano just isn't the red zone threat that our fragile QB situation needed IMHO.
