What the title says. What is your prediction that miami will do as soon as the season is over?
 
Release the current staff and Hickey....

Extend Dallas Thomas contract till 2030.. Trade Landry and Parker for 7th rounders and make Miko the qb coach to bond with tannehill
 
What they will do? I have no clue as they seem to do the opposite of what most people think makes sense. What I hope they do is let go the entire coaching staff and front office. If they believe in Mike Tannenbaum, then tell him to go to work.
 
Most likely they will fire the entire coaching staff.
 
Let's see, what's the dumbest thing history dictates they will do...

I'm guessing they put out feelers to a coach they have no ability to actually get while keeping Dan Campbell publicly in limbo. Stephen Ross will swing for the fences and try to make a splash by chasing this "Vince Lombardi" guy he has heard so much about.
 
Hickey and the entire coaching staff is fired. And rightfully so.

Let Tannenbaum find a GM and coach who are all on the same page. We need unity in the front office before we can expect it on the field IMO.
