keeping Bill Lazor... this offense keeps showing - the Falcons, Raiders, Jets will prob come a'knockin

Biggest compliment you can give a team IMO is hiring one of their staff members to a promotion. People are gonna have to start worrying about losing Coyle too

I was wondering yesterday who we have learning his offense as his assistant?

Hopefully Lazor won't be interested in leaving to be a head coach, at least not for a few years.

lol FH always comes up with some magical way of bitching about something.

I'd expect we have some good guys who could replace him from in house but that's definitely a concern as well.

Simple solution to this problem. Get to the Superbowl so that your assistants will be unavailable to interview.

I can't imagine Lazor being a HC candidate after only one year's experience.

One year as an OC then jumping to head coach? I would be surprised. I think it's more likely that Coyle may get an interview but I expect Todd Bowles to be the first coaching hire next off season.

Are you guys kidding? Who wouldn't be jumping the gun to sign a guy who's interned under Philbin for a year?? :)

Wonder why we never hired Bowles when he was in Miami. Still raw?

or Josh McDaniels getting another shot

I think both are still a year away to be in the discussion of Head Coaches...

I can't help but get the sense that Joe could walk away from the game at any moment. Dungy did it seems the two talk. Both suffered personal loss.

No way Lazor leaves this year but perhaps next year you could establish a succession.
