Problem with new skin

How come the new skin doesn't have a page bar at the bottom of the screen. Right now, after I read through all of the posts and want to go to the next page, I have to scroll all the way back up to the top instead of having the choice to go forward on the bottom.

Is this something in my settings or just something with the new skin?

They had it fixed at one point. But then it seemed to have glitched again. Because I am having the same problem.

We've been busy with other issues (server speed, sig and avatar picture upload etc) anyway... I can't duplicate this with firefox IE8.0 and windows 7 ult. Let me know your system specs and what software you are using as its likely a template thing that isn't written correctly for certain browsers. Or possibly one of the ads (I hate em more than you guys who have to view them tbh) is interfering with the natural flow of the webpage.
