I hate Omar, I cannot read anything he writes.
The point I was making is that Gase is no guarantee. If he does fail, we will never hear the end of it from Omar.

That has me worried as well. Not only has to deal with the cameras and media, but he has to be the leader and spokesman of the franchise, and he also has to stand tall in the locker room.
If he cannot stand tall, take command, and control the locker room, we will be right back in this same spot in 3 years.
