Property Taxes, Have Them re-acessed?

To all my brothers and sisters here. If you bought at the peek of the market like me, please save yourself some money, and check with your County Acessor's office, and have your property re-appraised. My house taxes went down 50,000 in value for 07, and another 50,000.00 in 08. That shows you how bad housing prices are falling in California. Check into it, and save yourself some money.

Good advice, though make sure your area appraises regularly. If not you may be inviting them to bring it up from pre bubble level. But don't be afraid, those are all public records in all 50 states.
