I like the one we have now. It's updated but still has ties to the original design. The orange stripe on the head and tail wrapping is too much.

I agree with you guys that dolphin looks pissed off and well looks fugly. Whatever you do don't change it keep the one you have now.

the little tail whip looks stupid. and the angry look on his face is SOOOOO scary.
just keep the one you have now. a dolphin with a helmet on. not to bad. mascots dont have to be scary.
EDIT: he looks more depressed than scary.
