The stadium looked and sounded packed. Lets bring back a true homefield advantage!

The best part of the last three weeks was to see the opposing fans stream out of our stadium. Today was a little better than the last 2 as far as opposing fans but it would be awesome if we had even more of a home crowd.

You have to win your home games, and it will happen. If not it will be same old same old.

This was the first time I have been at the Stadium since the reno. Seriously, it was a totally different experience. I was in 300 level sideline, which previously had zero atmosphere, and it was rocking. There were far less Jets infestations than usual and the Miami fans were totally into it. The roof quite clearly reflects the noise back down. Massive improvement and props to the owner for getting it done. I have been to at least half the NFL stadiums and (apart from Seattle) the atmosphere today was better than almost all of them.

I have a nice audio system that i like to crank up especially when our defense is on the field. I like to feel like i'm at the game.

It was one of the loudest crowds/games i've heard in a while. Granted, production teams are different and it is from a TV signal but i was really stoked. I want to experience the real thing now. I may have to make a game down there by the end of the year if not for sure next year. I'm digging Hard Rock.

I've always been super critical as a Dolphin fan out of state about our home crowds. You guys brought it today though. Props to Miami fans in the 305. Great thread topic Mike13!

4-1 at home so far this year. I think the canopy is making a difference more than just shading the home team and leaving the away team in the sun. I saw some staff members for the Jets with a makeshift canopy to shade the D-line when they were on the bench and I laughed...but the canopy is keeping the noise in and it's helping the D.

Definitely! I could hear you all the way from LA! :brewskis:

Every opposing team so far has tried that. The other games were really warm though so not sure how much it helped. Today was alot more reasonable. Im not so sure the weather had much to do with it today.

Maybe to help keep the sun out of their eyes?

The Pitt and Bills game was brutal. It was hard sitting in the stands the whole game, since our seats are on visitor side with partial canopy cover. It still gets hot where we are and you could see the players struggling with it those games.

They tried to cover them on the sidelines with those shades truth referred to but they still get some of that heat and when were running the ball and kept the defense out there it was really tough on them.

The stadium has potential for some good noise and to disrupt some on offense, have to pack in with almost all Dolphin fans though.

Have to admit atmosphere was good for this game, but Jets usually bring that out. After that Jets score, you sometimes see a stream of fans leave due to doubts and trying to beat traffic, but pretty much everyone stuck it in to exact end.

this will always be a problem in a transplant city like Miami, but as long as we win more the numbers will be a bit more in our favor and our enthusiasm will be higher.

Yes on about the 40 visitor side, so we can go to the Hyundia club underneath the stadium, which is nice.

We're 20 rows up so the canopy basically covers us mostly from rain but we still get a fair amount of sun.
