despite all the injuries we had this year we hung in there and fought back in all the games, this team has shown a lot, henne has shown he belongs in the nfl, we finally have a qb of the future, it has show ricky willliams could still do it yeah he has lost a step but still faster than most guys in the league, this team has a huge upside and we are heading in the right directiion, david lee has done an outstanding job with henne his name doesn't get mentioned much everyone is focused on henning, pp, which both have to go come monday morning.

as for the negatives, dumb playcalling form coordinators, and not knowing on when to put in certain players, i.e. wake on all passing downs, since he seems to be the only playmaker we had this year, both oc and dc did a horrible job. when they say a team is a few players away from being a good team we are a prime example of it, would have love to seen us if we still have ronnie healthy, but then again we would have not seen, henne mature, we also have seen that our fron seven is very old, an area we need to get young at very fast.

and one last thing is we had the hardest schedule in the league we will either finish at 500 or one game below, and with a first year starter at qb that is dam good, thoughts

We **** the bed in the second half of the season. The last two games it looked like we didn't even practice and figured everything out in halftime.

From the boos at the last game, I would not say most were not proud either.

IMO we took a step back this year.

yeah but look at all the injuries we had you have to factor that in also, last year we were good cuz nobody got hurt, this year chad p, ronnie, will allen, fergie, these 4 alone are veteran players that make your team better

Sorry I can't be proud of a team that has blown big leads, collapsed at Buffalo, and in the last 2 games with the playoffs on the line started so flat. Being down 27-0 with 5 minutes to go in the first half at home with play of implications is a embarrassment, and honestly just reminds me of this seasons failures and short comings.

I read all these thread about how embarrassed people are of Fin Fans because the stadium wasn't full. Well how about being embarrassed of the Professional Athletes making a Kings Ransom that just DIDN'T show up?

Enough excuses every team has injuries and our schedule didn't play out to be as hard as preseason indicated. We have watched this team morph from lacking the killer instinct and going for the jugular against Indy and the Saints. To just flat and unprepared! I am not trying to be a PRICK here I am just saying!

As a long-time fan, you learn to live with injuries, bad luck, occasional other-worldly play-calling, even a snow plow once in a while. But a lack of effort--at home, no less!--is hard to take. I turned off the radio at 17-0 because I knew that the defense was not going to get a stop all day long. If they show up and beat Pittsburgh this week, at least we'll go out on a high note. If they lay another egg, well, it will be a looooong off-season.

It is a long off season win or lose, I honestly hope we play a good game but just lose in the end. I know its lame but I want the best draft pick possible.

At the beginning of the season, EVERYONE was saying that the Fins would take a step back, and that is what happened, losing key players did not help matters and lost about 2 games for us. The Fins only had a few "complete" games this season. either the defense did not show or the offense. Henne went thru the growing pains that a 1st year starter goes thru. On top of that with a very competive schedule the cards were stacked against this team late in the season.
Yes there was lack of effort and the OC and DC made some bone head plays down the streach, but I like the direction we are heading in. There are still some holes to fill and players that need to be shifted around, but overall the young players got some good experince that will pay off big down the road. the Front office has a 3-4 yr plan and they are only 1/2 way thru it, need to give them a chance to finish what they have started........
