[PSC] July Round 2 Details

Task:
Create a sig of a one of the World Cup Soccer player. There is one catch, the player can only be from one of the teams that made it to the round of 16, so that means no USA players.. sorry.


Specs:
• Can only use 1 athlete as many images of that player that you want
• Must use the Countrys flag somwhere in the sig.
• Must have the players name in the sig.
• No animation


Size:
• 400 x 125 - max

DUE:
July 13th by 10:00 PM EST
