Worst coaching decision we have seen all year....we will not see the ball again the whole game. With the division on the line......

although we did get the ball back...i agree. you are over midfield...down a td and 4 yards to go. you have to go for it.

Terrible decision. Play to win. I would rather take my chances trying to get 4 yards vs. trying to stop the Pats O. Even if we don't convert, we can still stop them.

Though there were many mistakes this decision still sticks out to me...

Really hard decision, because of how our receivers drop so many, and the offensive line is so inconsistent with blocking for the pass and run. However you look over at our defense that for the 3rd week in a row gave up over 400 yards of offense to the opposing team. With only 4 yards to go though, I guess it probably would have been best just to go for it there.

I was screaming at the TV to no avail when I saw the punting team come onto the field. We got the ball back but 9 times out of 10 we wouldn't have and we lost all of the field position we had. Sometimes I feel like coaches think that there's going to be stoppage time because they don't even hesitate to punt the ball away late in games when they're trailing. It's one thing to have faith in your D, and another to have no faith in your offense.

What do you expect from a coach who goes for 2 up 11 points? Or a coach that thinks its wise to take his starting QB out until 3rd n 10. Or a coach stupid enough to do trick pass plays in obvious passing situations. Sparano/Henning/Pasq have lost all my trust with me.

It really doesn't matter. We still got the ball back, and if Henne had gotten a little bit of help from the Recieving corp, I think we would've sent it into overtime. I think the root of the issue is in the LB corp and the WR corp. HAVE to address those 2 issues bigtime this offseason.

Not going for it on 4th and 4 and Henne not knowing they were out of timeouts. Someone needs to get ***** slapped.

I hate to say it, but I am really starting to think Sparano is very immature at making in game decisions. Great at motivation and leading the team, but he is lacking in game management skills. We were lucky to get the ball back. We should have gone for it on 4th and 4 on their 45! And BTW, I don't agree with blowing all of our TOs with 4 minutes remaining as a plan to get it back, we see how it limited us when Henne needed the TO and it wasn't there because his coach already blew them all.

Hindsight and all that but yeah, we should have gone for it on 4th and 4. Especially given our 4th quarter problems on defense. I honestly didn't think we'd get the ball back.

Completely agree. We were at the Patriots 40. After the punt it took them two plays I believe to get back to where we punted from. Gutless coaching right there. I did not expect that from Tony.

i was thinking go the way there o was playing we couldnt seem to stop them we did get lucky and get the ball back
