Punter Jones

I am not sure if Jones' performance has been mentioned in other postings. I think he did quite well yesterday. He can easily replace Turk if he his kicks are consistently this good.

His kick when we were back in the end zone (the series after we held Donkeys at the 1 yd line after 5 tries!!!) was good. I was concerned that he might kick shallow and might be returned back to around 30 yds or so. However, his kick went to the mid field and our defense held them 3 and out..

He did replace Turk, he is done for the year.

He did well yesterday. But Judge him when he is forced to punt in a tight and crucial AFC East match-up on the opposing teams turf. If he performs consistently well in those situations then we have ourselves a punter.
