They compare Bill Parcells with Pat Riley and how they got two legendary coaches to manage the team and two rookie coach's in Sparano and Van Gundy. It might be funny how riley coached the team 3 years later and if Parcell does the same because then he will have the team he wants and might want to coach them to the potential he thinks the team may have.
