i hate to dwell on the past.. but i remember when i wanted ben rothlisberger two years ago... and this year i wanted charlie frye.. i really dont feel too comfortable with the quaterbacks coming out this year... im hearing things about the alabama QB but i dont watch much college football in fact i hate college football due to the fact that there is no real champion... but i think so far this year my wish list is VINCE YOUNG...

Vince really strikes me as a hit or miss type of guy...he can be someone between Steve Young and Mike Vick - or he can be Tommy Frazier / Kordell Stewart

I link Leinart is an obvious can't miss -
I think Brady Quinn if he decides to come out will be the guy that jumps up everyones draft board and becomes top 10

Jacobs can be another Leftwich/Roethesberger/Pennington type which is def. worth it if he is still around in the mid first

Whitehurst prob isn't gonna be a star

I think Vince and Marcus Vick are hit or miss QB's. Obviously, you hope they turn out like Michael Vick or Donovan Mcnabb but they could end up like Kordell and all the others.

If Leinart or Quinn happen to be on the draft boards when the Fins draft, they're a no-brainer. One of them could be the next Aaron Rodgers.

Bray Quinn if he comes out. Brodie Croyle is a nice 3rd rder to develop. Rivers would be the guy if we go trade route. I dont want a retread. we have had enough of those.

lol, you don't watch college football but you wanted roethlisberger and frye?

We had no shot at Rothlisberger but we probally could have had JP losemen. The QB I wanted in last years draft was drafted after Frye and that was Kyle Orton. I think he will be a franchise Qb and the best Qb taken in that draft. I also wish we would have drafted drew brees. I've pretty much been waiting for us to draft a Qb, since Dan was down to his last couple years. I'm still waiting maybe next year. I hope Brady Quin comes out.

Wallace has "it"

I saw it in Matt Schaub, Kyle Orton and Eli Manning

I saw them as rookies playing in exhibition games

Wallace wasn't a rookie, but I saw the same command

love this kid

At least you said you don't watch much college football. You're forgiven.

This season is sadly bereft of any talent worth getting excited about. Leinart will be gone by the time we draft and so the choices for us will be the sad lot thats left. So far in the time Ive taken to scout QBs Ive written more off than Ive actually got excited about.

Omar Jacobs, Reggie McNeal, Jay Cutler, Charlie Whitehurst and Brad Smith have all been written off by me for various reasons. I would be willing to take them but only with a fifth rounder or 6th or 7th which means most will be gone by that time.

Vince Young reminds me a little of Randall Cunningham and would be worth a 3rd rounder or worse. Anything higher is a reach IMO

Brady Quinn and Bruce Gradkowski are the only ones who have impressed so far. Neither is a first round talent but a 2nd or 3rd rounder for either would be acceptable

I have yet to see Kellin Clemens, Paul Pinegar, Darrell Hackney, Brody Croyle and Erik Meyer so I hold out hope one of them can impress

seneca wallace has nothing at all, let alone "it"

That Northwestern QB would be a nice late round pickup
