I am a supporter of Saban, but he needs to get a direction. He needs to decide whether to get this team fixed or get out.

I like everyone wanted Brees first, but was happy with getting DC. But that has made a mess of the QB situation now.

DC is a big, big ? Harrington has been bad 2 weeks in a row, but I think there were some circiumstances. Lemon is muddling things because he is in no way a starter & now some want him. Like I said. Mess.
I prefer to see a new OC be brought in, yes again. Mularkey is awful & he proved it again last night. I want to see Harrington the starter next year with a given back up & a QB drafted if available.

My reasons are this. JH has health, size, & a good arm. I think he has been ok overall & can get better with decent play calling. he has a great attitude also.

I sat though Fiedler & the rest, I can handle JH. Just design a stinking gameplan around him & use Ronnie Brown correctly & they will be fine.

Yea the problem is Harrington cant play in the rain, and thats not good.

Joey Harrington let the first half of the Bills game affect him and just like he was in Detroit, cannot let it go. He has a tendacy of not letting negative things go and it affects his play. It was apparent last night because he kep holding on to the ball because he was afraid to make mistakes. A QB has to play smart not scared and right now Joey is playing scared.

PS: Despite what some posters have said, Joey was not brought in to be a starter or even compete for the starting job.

Possibly but the OC & cvoach have to recognize what is not working & why & put in plays to change what is happening. it was obvious what was going on last night. Quick step drop passes to TE or a slot reciever in addition to running Brown more could have changed the pace & increased JH's confidence. Nothing was recognized or done.

He also has a tendancy to make a lot of mistakes. Maybe that's why he looks like a deer in headlights. He is a backup at best and frankly Cleo is looking like a much more capable backup going toward next year. We MUST fix the QB problem and it starts in the draft. I hope Daunte works out but who would bet the house on it???!!!

Harrington's a head case...no question. I'm convinced that Mularkey has a hat that he reaches in to call plays.:tantrum:

Yeah that's one huge question mark I have with Harrington right now. Does he need perfect weather to play? How the hell did he do well in Oregon if he cant play in bad weather?

I'm looking more at the game planning the first half....than the players. Why no passes to McMichael? It looked like every time Harrington tried to throw...no one was open....hard to believe on a wet field....that our great receivers couldn't get open.

Mularkey blows, our offensive line stinks, our receivers cant get seperation or catch the balls when thrown to them and our QBs cant take it on their shoulders and overcome these weaknesses. We're really bad on offense. Step one is we need some talent and step two is we need a offensive coordinator
