does this look like the leader of our team...lets be truly honest. u dont have that fear of mannequin boy killin the game for us. when the real leader of this team stepped on the field offense and defense started playing. fiedler has a presence and it seems like his confidene rubs off on his teammates...now we got mr. 1st down OG back and mcmichael playing amazing...i think we can begin to feel a lil better now....cautious optimism

The huge difference between these two QB's (besides scrambling) is that Jay has a much better grasp of the offense and has the timing down with the recievers.

I gotta say it seemed like the whole team played with some passion when Fiedler stepped in!

They looked much better tonight!
