I heard an interesting theory today on who the Dolphins might pick in the draft that relates to who Cameron decides will be his QB next year.

If he thinks CPepp will be the starter, then it makes some sense to draft Ted Ginn. That theory is based on CPepp prior success with throwing the deep ball to Randy Moss. It was CPepp's best skill and Ginn has better speed than Moss.

If Carr is traded for or Trent Green is brought in then Cameron would not utilize the deep ball much, making a possesion receiver like Jarrett(trade down) or Rice a possibility. If they don't trade down they would pick Landry or Brown.

Please take teddy ginn with the number nine pick

I'm not so sure about that theory in regards to Carr. He threw some pretty good deep balls to Johnson over their career together.

In any event, we'll know more next month when the Dolphins hold their first mini camp of the year.

If Culpepper is able to go then the talks for David Carr would probably die down. If Culpepper is not able to go then look for a trade for Trent Green and possibly a QB in the early rounds of the draft.

If we are looking for a possession reciever Gonzo would be a good pick if he was available at #60

Why would we pickup a pint size return man at #9, when there are real receivers like Meachem and Jarret available at #9?

And at #19, #29, and likely #39 too if he runs a 4.7 like he's be rumored to.

Interesting theory but right now i got only these guys in mind...
...G. Adams, Landry, Ginn Jr, or Brown at the 9th spot cuz i know quinn wont fall. (someone will pull the trigger n move up jsut like the broncos did for Cutler.)

I think Miami could get Sidney Rice in the 2nd round, but I would rather get Drew Stanton

Please NO T. Ginn or T. Smith..... I am a Buckeye fan and there not winners...

Ted Ginn has better speed than Randy Moss?

hahahahahaha

Stop posting. Randy Moss runs better routes, is a much better athlete, and has AMAZING hands..

Ted Ginn runs poor routes, is considering playing DB if he is asked, and has the most questionable hands out of the receivers that have 1st round grades
