1. Leadership.
2. Read defenses
3. Pocket poise and mobility
4. Arm strength and accuracy

I hate to put arm last. But I do need command of the huddle and team first.
Which QB matches this best?

Those are great. I'd add game management, and the ability to buy second and third chances.

I know game management has kind of a negative connotation, but its still probably the most important aspect of quarterback play.

QB in the draft (draft forum), or the NFL (General NFL Forum)?

JMHO, I like leadership, but it's not a top trait. All QBs have some floor of talent,so given an agreed upon minimum, I'm skipping that.
Commitment to the game (practice/film)
Mental quickness
Mobility in the pocket

What about Processing speed and accuracy?

So go resurrect chad Pennington...be 8-8.

you need a serviceable level of everything. Arm talent is the hardest one to coach or develop. Mahomes, Rodgers have it in spades. I’d take them over everybody else for one game, Mahomes would be my first pick overall in an NFL redraft.

there are plenty of championship level QBs.

two playing right now, Watson and Mahomes.

Of the QBs left I’d rank them like this,

Mahomes
Rodgers
Watson
Tannehill
Wilson
Crapalo

I would separate accuracy and arm strength and put accuracy first. If you can read the defense and get the ball there it doesn't have to be laser beams.
