Now don't anyone yell at me......AJ and Gus both suck so how about picking up someone like Timmy Chang who did well at Hawaii?? I would rather lose with a young guy who has potential than spend another year watching my QB throw int's for touchdowns!!!!

but I feel what he's saying... We are pretty much going in with Gus or AJ as the starter. it's to late to just sign somebody and throw them in there.

Chang signed with Detriot last week by the way.

What does that mean?? Isn't this a place to talk about Fin issues and get feedback from other fans??
 
Believe me, Berlin's going to be on PS and allocated to NFL Europe. Then we will see what he can do.
 
I won't argue, but if you couldn't have found another QB thread to maybe go in and post a reply to as

"hey what about tommy chang?"

then you weren't looking very hard.
 
Detroit picked up on Timmy Chang last week but the two players that come to mind that we could bring in would be Tim Couch or Rohan Davey, but that of course is only if Sage gets released. I really do pesonally doubt that we will get Couch or Davey and stick with what we got for just this season unless something more appealing comes along.

Do keep in mind that when a player goes to the PS, he's no longer a member of that team and any team can sign him...FYI

and also remember that there's no guarantee of him even going there. He will be FA for a while, because the PS can't even be set till next monday

Chang was cut today by Detroit
 
Yeah, y'all are right. But just asking, what other team may have interest in Berlin or any other FA QB?

My bad, I didn't check out Detroit's roster cuts today. So first it was Arizona that released him, now Detroit? I know we may be much worse off with our QB situation but I doubt that Chang could even beat out Sage. The QB's that are available just don't seem to appealing and we may be same off as we are now or possibly even worse off... at least Gus, AJ, and Sage have been practicing with the offense for months (all offseason).

That's true. A lot of people think that the PS players are members of the team.
