Omar is a local kid, who grew up loving the dolphins. He doesnt have a cannon, but he can throw the deep ball with presicion. He has one of the best td/int ratio that i've seen in a long long time. And the kid can scramble. Im sure the Phins scouts have been looking at him, and will be looking at him very closely.
