Question About a Coach...

I was thinking this morning about some "dark-horse" selections that we might suprise everyone and consider. I thought of the Raiders Defensive Coordinator. Not that he would recieve serious consideration, but, who is he? What is his name?

He is about 6'4 with a huge beard and long hair....he looks like a coach for the Raiders, lol. But anyway, few understand just how good the Raiders Defense was this season. They were in the top 10 in many defensive statistics, including #7 overall............with possibly the worst offense in the history of football on any level.....constantly turning the ball over and going 3 and out, leaving them in horrid spots. Also, the guy re-energized Sapp apparently, as he is a Pro Bowl Alternate. Who is this guy???

His name is Rob Ryan but he is more then likely going to be promoted to HC of the Raiders.

Rob Ryan is the son of Buddy Ryan and if the Raiders were smart, they would hire him right away. I know Al Davis wants offensive minded head coaches but that hasn't worked out for them in recent years.

If the Raiders don't hire him to be their next head coach, I hope, we hire him to be our defensive coordinator. That is if we cannot retain Capers.
