If I buy NFL+ living in Ohio. Will I get to see the Dolphins game or just local crap.

NFL+ only gives you local market games on your mobile devices. Sunday Ticket is still, unfortunately, the only way to get to watch the game out of area legally.

It's not 24 hrs, the full game replays should be available after the game ends.

So to the OP, it won't give you live Dolphin games in Ohio. But it will let you watch them delayed.

I use a VPN and signed up for NFL gamepass. I selected Malaysia when I subscribed and paid $129 for the year. I select mexico on game day and have a great viewing experience.

I like the unlimited rewatches of current and past seasons. Plus can listen to the game live if I'm mobile.

You are correct. I can see the early games.

In a couple of hours the 30 minute shorts will be available, which are awesome.
