Now that Aromashodu is signed and 3 others are about to be signed, are 4 players going to be cut in orther to keep a maximum of 80 players apart from unsigned rookies an NFLE players?

There is a special rookie salary pool.

The question wasn't about the salary cap implications but about the 80 man roster limit. Therefor the answer is yes, for every guy signed another will be cut. They can not come from the NFLE exempt list either.
