Question about videos....

I want to make a Dolphins video with highlights in it. Can I put videos into a microsoft powerpoint presentation? If so HOw?

If not what program do i need in order to do it?

Yeah I don't know how either, I tried copy and paste but that didn't seem to work.

Does anyone know how to put up videos in a powerpoint slideshow.
