Question About Wildcat

I see a lot of people talking about how us running the wildcat forces defenses to spend extra time in practice before the game working on defending it and takes away from time they might spend working on other things. Well in contrast wouldn't us running the wildcat take time away to practice what we normally do on offense? I'm not really sure how muh they work on the wildcat or if it's even an issue but with how flat the offense looked on Sunday this just crossed my mind. Instead of trying to expand the wildcat maybe we should have been working on our base offense and perfecting it. Just a thought.....

Nah every team that won Sunday it was because of the wildcat lol. I agree.
