Specifically, do we rest Miller, Dion Sims and/or Colledge so they are ready to go on Thursday?

IF there is any question re: their effectiveness, then the answers is YES.

Next man up and try to win the Detroit game shorthanded.

Then come w. fuller strength for Buffalo.

I dunno, with how stacked the AFC is this year, we're gonna need all the wins we can get.

Sims is not playing and Colledge is doubtful. As to Miller, he will probably be a game time decision.

Absolutely not. If this was the Denver game, I would say do it, but this is a very winnable game. Like Caldolphan alluded to, AFC is stacked and wins are at a premium.

I think you play all that can play. AFC race is very tight already and every game is huge right now even if it is against an NFC team. Play lights out to win!

sims out, colledge doubtful and will likely be replaced by dallas thomas again, lamar miller will probably give it a go and see how he feels. no debate about potentially resting anyone.

I think the OP is talking of the questionable players like Misi, Mitchell, Miller etc.

I think you have to think about the game on the short week. Buffalo is a must have. Also, at some point, other players on the roster need to step up. Not just those replacing injured players, but players at other positions coming up with big games.

If a guy can play, he plays. If he can't, he doesn't.

You worry about Thursday next week. Right now, the focus must be: BEAT DETROIT!

Every game is crucial. With the way the season is shaking out, we might need a 11-5 record just be get a wildcard berth.

If your players can play, they wanna be out there, and you let them.
