question For CK....How Do you Evaluate A QB

I respect your talent evaluation aquem and would like to learn how you do what you do.
I consider myself an intelligent football fan but also believe I can learn something every day.

When you watch game tape what are you looking for?,
I guess beyond QB how do you access other positions? In particular pass crushers.
